This past Sunday, we got the chance to check out the beautiful Sunday Suppers studio. What started as a Sunday night gathering with friends some years ago has now turned into a cooking community run by Karen Mordechai. They host cooking classes, delicious dinners, and have now released a cookbook!
Morris Kitchen was also at the event making incredibly delicious grapefruit hibiscus cocktails.
We sampled a few bites from the cookbook - pickled eggs, radish salad, homemade bagels with cream cheese and smoked salmon, frittata, and apple cider cakes. It was all so good, that we decided to make a Mexican Tortilla soup from the cookbook for dinner later on!
